A satisfying meal that is good for both kids and adults. With this recipe, you can prepare a healthy lunch for yourself or your children before you leave for work. So who says lunches are usually boring? 
Serves 1
1 crabstick (mocked), tear into strips
A handful carrot, julienned
A handful beansprout
Few leaves romaine lettuce
1 egg, sunny side up
1 bowl long grain rice, steamed
1 tablespoon Korean Gochujang sauce
1 tablespoon THE FIVE SEASONS® Camellia Oil
Sesame oil, small amount
Light soy sauce, sparingly
1) Put the rice to cook in the rice cooker. While waiting for the rice to be cooked, you can prepare the rest of the ingredients.
2) Tear lettuce leaves into small pieces and set aside.
3) Boil the crabstick, tear into strips and set aside.
4) Boil the carrot, drain the excess water, julienned and set aside.
5) Boil the beansprout, drain the excess water and set aside.
6) Fry the egg, ensuring the yolk is still runny and set aside.
7) When the rice is cooked, scoop into a bowl and arrange the prepared ingredients around it.
8) Place the fried egg on top of the rice, taking care not to break the yolk.
9) Scoop 1 tablespooon Korean Gochujang sauce and place it next to the egg.
10) Lastly, dress with THE FIVE SEASONS® Camellia Oil, sesame oil and light soy sauce. Enjoy!

A light, refreshing and easy to prepare dish that is perfect for busy folks! No more blues on Mondays with this delicious salad.
Serves 1
1 baby cucumber, seeded and sliced into strips
1 sausage, sliced in strips
1 small garlic clove, minced
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice, to taste
2 tablespoons THE FIVE SEASONS® Camellia Oil, for dressing
1) Mix THE FIVE SEASONS® Camellia Oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper into a bowl. This will be the dressing for the salad.
2) Toss cucumber, sausage, garlic into a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture, toss to coat.
3) Refreshing and healthy salad is ready to serve!
Chinese Kale (Kai Lan) With Garlic[/caption] Blanching vegetables is a traditional and healthy way to enjoy your greens. This method of cooking retains the flavour of the Chinese Kale and you get maximum fibre out of it. And best of all, it only takes 10 minutes to prepare this dish!
Serves 2
200g Chinese Kale (kai lan)
2 garlic cloves, minced
Oyster sauce, to taste
Light soy sauce, to taste
2 tablespoons THE FIVE SEASONS® Camellia Oil
Water, small amount
Salt, small amount
1 teaspoon corn starch + 50ml water
1) Wash and cut the Chinese Kale into sections.
2) Blanch the Chinese Kale in boiling water and transfer into cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain and set aside.
3) Prepare the sauce for the Chinese Kale. Add THE FIVE SEASONS® Camellia Oil into the wok, followed by garlic, water, light soy sauce and oyster sauce.
4) Once the sauce is boiling, drizzle in the cornstarch water. Then turn off the heat.
5) Plate the Chinese Kale and drizzle in the sauce. Ready to serve!

A traditional Chinese dish that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Every bite is surely satisfying and you can complement this savoury dish with soup, curry or even make it a sweet dish by pairing it with ice-cream! Camellia oil is neutral in taste and will not affect the original taste of this dish.
Serves 4
1 cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup (175 ml) hot / boiling water
8 stalks spring onion, cut into small pieces
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon THE FIVE SEASONS® Camellia Oil
1) Add flour and 1 tsp salt into a large bowl. Mix well.
2) Add hot water a little at a time and whisk/mix with hand until a lumpy dough forms. Then add THE FIVE SEASONS® Camellia Oil into the dough. This will create a smooth and glossy finish.
3) Form a pancake shape with the dough and flatten it using a floured rolling pin. Roll out as thinly as possible.
4) Mix the spring onions, salt, pepper and THE FIVE SEASONS® Camellia Oil together and spread evenly onto the flattened dough.
5) Roll into a log shape and coil it into a cinnamon roll shape. Then flatten it gently.
6) To cook, add THE FIVE SEASONS® Camellia Oil into a frying pan.
7) Fry both sides until golden brawn.
8) Cut into pieces and serve.
