THE FIVE SEASONS® Story
Flowering in Autumn, Weathering the Winter, Welcoming the Spring and Passing the Summer, we finally arrive at a season of fruition at the end of the second Autumn.
It takes 5 seasons for the Camellia plants to bear fruits from their initial flowering age. Once the seeds become mature they are handpicked and dried under the hot sun, they will automatically rupture. The shells will then be manually peeled and only the inner core will be selected to be cold pressed, and only once. No chemicals, no heat, no blend which means that the oil extracted reserves its full nutritional composition and stability as well as its flavour.
