All orders are shipped from our warehouse via DHL or our trusted courier partners. Depending on your distance from our warehouse, your packet can take time to be delivered by our courier partners.

For orders below $50, we offer $4.95 Flat Shipping per item. Items shipped will arrive in 6-10 working days.

For orders above $50, we offer FREE Shipping. Items shipped will arrive in 6-10 working days.

All prices shown in our online store are in US Dollar as this is dictated by our payment gateway. Although we try to match the recommendated retail price in Singapore the best we can, the actual amount shown in Singapore Dollar on your bill statement will ultimately be based on the exchange rate set by your bank or card issuer. 

Do you autoshop or rebill for your products?

At, all products are processed based on a one-time payment.
We WILL NOT re-bill you or put you on an autoship plan.
We GUARANTEE you will only be billed ONCE per order - you will NEVER BE billed again if you do not re-purchase on your own.

What is your return policy?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased on, please get in touch with us. You may return the unused product for exchange or refund by mail within 30 days of the receipt date.  

All purchases returned will receive a full refund of the price of the item. 

If The Product Has Not Yet Shipped

As we strive to provide fast shipping times for our customers, orders are sent out on an hourly basis. Because of this, any cancellations and returns will have to be made within the same hour that the order is made.

Anything beyond this would make it impossible to change an order, we would be unable to make any refunds or changes to your order. Simply put, we try our best to help you but if we can't... we hope you understand!

If you submit to us your refund request (via e-mail at: within one hour of purchase AND the product has not yet shipped, we will cancel your order and provide you with a full refund.

If The Product Has Shipped

If the product has shipped, we can only refund your order once we receive the product back from you in re-sellable condition i.e. original packaging and product seal unopened. We are sorry that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping or refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error. Shipping charges will apply for any refused packages. For ALL orders, a shipping charge of US$4.95 (including oders with free shipping) will be deducted from the refund.

Should an item come defective or "not as described" (such as the item looking different from the images provided, wrong flavour variant sent to you etc.), we will provide an exchange or a total refund of the item.

Refunds will be applied to original credit card or Stripe account used at the time of purchase.
